Dr. Brian Beyerl graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa while earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He went on to receive his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. His post-graduate training included general surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a neurosurgical residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. His role includes counseling, guidance on treatment transitions, and end-of-life care decisions, including hospice discussions.As a Permanent Deacon in the Catholic Church, Dr. Beyerl also offers spiritual support to those who seek it. He actively participates in monthly Brain Tumor Support and Caregiver Support Groups, ensuring that patients and families receive both medical guidance and emotional support throughout their journey.
