Dr. Fitzgerald is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He completed fellowships in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, and pediatric orthopaedic hand surgery at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas. Dr. Phillips enjoys all aspects of pediatric orthopaedics and has a special interest in pediatric hand conditions. He has additional specialty training in the complex reconstruction of limb deformities using internal lengthening devices and gradual correction with external frames. He also completed a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He also earned a master’s degree in biomedical engineering at Duke University.
