My primary goal is to help patients attain life saving and life altering organ transplantation as expeditiously as possible. Patients with end-organ disease suffer waiting for transplantation, and my aim is to guide and help them achieve their goals of a second life after transplantation.

He is an advocate for a patient-centered multidisciplinary approach in diagnosing and treating liver diseases, no matter how simple or difficulty, early or advanced. To Dr. Kiani, nothing is more rewarding than seeing a patient accompanied by their family in the clinic in their street clothes after a successful liver transplant, the smile on their faces and the sense of being alive is so fulfilling. After finishing medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, he completed his General Surgery training at University of California, Davis. He went to University of Wisconsin, Madison for specialized training in Transplant Surgery. Dr. Krishnan believes in using a multi-disciplinary approach to patients needing transplant care. Dr. Krishnan along with the entire Transplant Team at Swedish is committed to providing the best quality of care for every patient that entrust their lives to us.
