Born and raised in north central Indiana, Dr. Masur attended Wabash College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. While in college, he was a member of the Alpha-Pi Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He then received his medical training at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
