He has been a fixture in the medical community at Rockdale Hospital inConyers, GA, serving patients there from 1990 to 2025. Dr. Harper's philosophy is simpleyet profound: patient care always comes first, driven by the most rewarding aspect of hiswork – the direct interactions he shares with his patients.Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Harper cherishes spending quality timewith his family, especially his grandchildren. He is also passionate about caring for his petsand other animals on his property, finds solace and satisfaction working on his tractor,enjoys riding motorcycles, and is an avid supporter of Georgia Tech football.
