After completing medical school at East Tennessee State University’s James H. Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN, he relocated to Charleston, SC, to continue training at the Medical University of South Carolina Pediatric Residency Program. He further specialized in Allergy and Immunology for adult and pediatric patients at the Vanderbilt University Allergy and Immunology Fellowship Program in Nashville, TN.
