Dr. Adam M. Pourcho

Megan L. Charboneau, MD, is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) with a subspecialty certification in sports medicine. She has special interest in injuries unique to the female athlete, diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound, and non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder, elbow, pelvis, hip, knee, and ankle including chronic tendon disorders. Her goal is to involve patients in their treatment plan, provide individualized care and return them back to their desired level of activity. Dr. Charboneau is one of few physicians in the area to offer TENEX – a breakthrough technology for the treatment of chronic tendon pain.Dr. Charboneau grew up in Missouri where she completed medical school and her PM&R residency. Julian S. Arroyo, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder reconstruction, upper extremity orthopedic surgery, and sports medicine. He began practicing in 1996 and is the first fellowship-trained shoulder surgeon to practice in Pierce County.
