Dr. Nicholas Slimack was born and raised in Illinois. He went to Swarthmore College in Philadelphia, then went on to medical school at Loyola University and completed his residency training at Northwestern University. He received his Fellowship training at Spine Center at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and is Board Certified in Neurosurgery. He has resided on the Central Coast with his family since 2013.
