"Dr. Moore, board certified in family medicine, completed his undergraduate degree at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO in 2008. He completed his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 2012. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
