He completed his residency training in family medicine at Georgia Baptist Family Practice Residency in 1998. Dr. Railey has been in practice for 16 years on the south side of Atlanta. Making complexities in medicine understandable for patients is what he enjoys most about being a physician, because it enables patients to make great decisions regarding their health. When he is not working, Dr. Railey enjoys coaching youth sports, serving in medical missions overseas, and weight training.
