Philosophy of care | My passion lies in a holistic, patient-centered approach to medical care. I am a strong proponent of improving patient education, so you can make the best choices for your own circumstances. I believe it is the duty of physicians to provide patients the tools they need to take charge of their own health care. | Why I entered medicine | I entered medicine because I love people. As a physician, I have the honor of hearing the personal stories of my patients and the responsibility to make sure those stories continue for years to come. | Community involvement | My most significant community experience was volunteering at my local emergency department during college. That was when I realized my passion for medicine stemmed more from my love of people than my love of medical science itself. | Personal interests | I enjoy educating patients, reading and video games.
