\When I was a boy, I dreamed of becoming a simple country doctor. Although today I am not so much ""\""in the country""\"", that kind of doctor is who I am at heart. I enjoy the combination of the breadth of family medicine with the depth of the relationships the field allows me to form with patients of all ages and from all walks of life. I am particularly interested in cardiovascular disease prevention and helping patients manage hypertension (high blood pressure). Men's health is another area of interest, and I try to role model a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly and eating a healthful diet.
