As an avid researcher, Dr. Hill has contributed to hundreds of publications and presentations exploring topics such in vitro fertilization (IVF) protocols and outcomes and frozen embryo transfers, among many others. Rebecca J. Chason, M.D., FACOG, was admitted early to Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine as part of the Honors Program in Medical Education. She was also selected into the Health Science Scholarship Program for the US Navy and went on to serve at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda while completing her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. During residency, she was the recipient of multiple awards for performance, teaching, research, and military service. She then went on to complete her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) at the National Institutes of Health. Upon completion, she returned to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center as a staff physician in REI. While serving in the US Navy at Walter Reed, Dr. Chason was awarded the Joint Service Achievement Medal for designation as Master Clinician. She was also dedicated to resident education and served as Associate Program Director for the OB/GYN residency, receiving the National Faculty award for excellence in resident education by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. As the Director of IVF at Walter Reed, she was instrumental in maintaining assisted reproduction services for members of the US military and their families. Currently, Dr. Chason serves on the women’s health council at Anne Arundel Medical Center and is a member of the Academic Affairs Committee for the department of OB/GYN’s and will serve as core faculty for the developing residency programs. Dr. Chason lives in Annapolis, MD with her family, where they are active in their church community. She enjoys spending time with her three children, especially in outdoor activities including biking, sailing, and back-yard barbecues.
