Dr Anaeme graduated with distinction from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1988. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from the University of Illinois in Chicago in 1996. He is triple Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Undersea/Hyperbaric Medicine.He is also a Certified Wound Care Specialist and holds Fellowships with the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the College of Certified Wound Care Specialists.Dr Anaeme's practice is focused on the provision of comprehensive wound care services and limb salvage treatment to patients in a variety of settings including the outpatient wound care center, the skilled nursing unit and the acute inpatient hospital. He performs advanced wound care treatments including cell tissue graft applications, vascular assessments, hyperbaric oxygen treatments and other complex wound care procedures/assessments.He is widely recognized as a thought leader and expert in the field of Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine.In his spare time, Dr Anaeme is an avid golfer who also loves to travel, read classic books and watch professional football.Dr Anaeme's Care Philosophy is quite simple. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and consideration while actively encouraging the patient to participate in their own medical decision making processes at all times.
