Dr. Howard D. Edington

Atilla Soran, MD, MPH, FACS, FNCBC, is a breast surgical oncologist at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC. He specialized in surgical oncology, breast oncology, benign breast lesions, and lymphedema.
