Overview
Paul Hemrick, DO, takes a personalized approach with his patients to achieve optimal wellness through the prevention of disease and treatment of illnesses that interfere with their overall health. He listens carefully, working with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan. Dr. Hemrick received his bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of Florida. He completed his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City and his internship and residency at EVMS Portsmouth Family Medicine in Virginia. Dr. Hemrick is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians. In his free time, Dr. Hemrick enjoys spending time with his wife, children and pets. He and his family enjoy hiking, snowboarding, fishing and exploring. Dr. Hemrick plays many different instruments and has a passion for music. He also enjoys meeting new people from different backgrounds and with different experiences.
