Dr. Deborah K. Armstrong

Dr. Solmaz Sahebjam is a medical oncologist and an associate professor of oncology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her expertise is in primary and metastatic brain tumors, breast cancer, and the development of new drugs for cancer. She earned her medical degree from Iran University of Medical Sciences, followed by a post-doctoral research fellowship at Shriners Hospital, McGill University in Montreal. Dr. Sahebjam completed residency training in internal medicine at Saint Vincent Hospital, followed by a fellowship in internal medicine at the University of Ottawa in Canada. He is passionately involved in mentoring and teaching of fellows, residents and students. He is the director of the UCNS-certified neuro-oncology fellowship program at Johns Hopkins, and he is a teaching attending physician for the Osler internal medicine residency program.
