He completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where he also participated in a 4th-year mini-fellowship program specializing in neuroradiology, breast imaging, and musculoskeletal imaging. Dr. Chadaz further honed his expertise by completing a Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship at the University of Arizona and Banner-University Medical Center in Tucson.An accomplished educator and researcher, Dr. Chadaz has received numerous accolades for his contributions to teaching and scholarly work. Most recently, his research exhibit, Declawed: A Review of Lesser Toe Deformities and Treatment, earned an RSNA Certificate of Merit. Additionally, he was honored with the College of Medicine – Tucson Outstanding Specialty Advisor Award in both 2023 and 2024. Dr. Chadaz is a two-time recipient of the Medical Imaging Grand Saguaro Faculty Teaching Award (2022 and 2023) and received the prestigious George R. Barnes Award for Faculty Teaching in 2020.When he is not working, Dr. Chadaz enjoys hiking/backpacking, skiing, and running.
