Dr. Winston M. Chan

Dr. Mohammad Frotan is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and he is board-certified in general surgery and critical care surgery. He holds two bachelor's degrees in biology and business administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where he graduated with honors. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock.Dr. Frotan completed his general surgery internship and residency and his burn surgery fellowship at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. While in Alabama, he served as the assistant professor of Surgery and medical director over the Burn Intensive Care Unit at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine.
