Brian A. Klatt, MD, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Klatt completed his residency at UPMC and then served in the United States Air Force before completing a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He serves as Chief of the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at UPMC East and is assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Dr. Hamlin joined The Bone and Joint Center at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC in 2010. He is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. His clinical practice encompasses all aspects of care to the adult hip and knee, including complex primary and revision surgery. Dr. Hamlin has published and presented numerous research projects in advancement of joint replacement, including the examination of new techniques and technologies, and the long term survivorship of implants.
