Dr. Ross was born in New York City, NY and graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University. He was awarded his medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While in Philadelphia, he completed his internship in medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System and dermatology residency at the Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Biology of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
