Dr. Hawwa S. Frazier Head is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician who has been in practice for 18 plus years. Prior to joining the Piedmont Clinic, she was in private practice in New Jersey. Her passion is health promotion and disease prevention; however, in addition she has extensive experience in managing chronic illness such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Thyroid Disease, Arthritis, Obesity, Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD/Emphysema, mood disturbances such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Insomnia, Neck and Back pain, Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, Headaches, Seizure Disorder, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy and more.
In her spare time, Dr. Frazier Head enjoys reading novels, interior design, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and 4 children.
