He also specializes in management of benign and malignant tumors of the thyroid and parathyroid glands, salivary gland surgery including parotidectomy with facial nerve preservation, nasal cavity and paranasal sinus tumors, complex skin cancer surgery, and skull base surgery. He is experienced in minimally invasive approaches, including transoral robotic surgery (TORS) as well as endoscopic CO2 laser surgery.Dr. Cohen attended Medical School at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, and a fellowship in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He was a faculty member at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School prior to joining Morristown Medical Center and the Atlantic Health System in 2012. He is a past president of the New York Head and Neck Society and an active member of several professional societies.
