Dr. David Navid

Dr. Navid is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with Baylor St.Luke’s Medical Group in The Woodlands. He specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopicsurgery, joint replacement, and treatment of foot and ankle disorders. He also has broadexperience in trauma surgery, with a specific focus on lower extremities.Inspired by a surgeon who saved his leg from osteomyelitis in his early childhood, Dr.Navid committed his life to doing the same for others. He graduated with honors from theUniversity of North Texas Health Science Center. He completed his internship andresidency at Botsford General Hospital, a Michigan State University affiliate in FarmingtonHills, Michigan. Dr. Navid then completed his fellowship at Union Memorial Hospital inBaltimore, Maryland, under the mentorship of world-renowned surgeon, Dr. Mark Myerson.Dr. Navid is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is amember of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American OrthopedicFoot and Ankle Society.
