Dr. Charles M. Jordan

Bryan Parrent, MD, is a board-certified surgeon by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Parrent is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. He completed his Bachelor's in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Texas A&M University in 1996, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 2000, Dr. Parrent completed medical school at the Texas A&M Health Science Center in College Station, Texas, followed by his general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. As a general surgeon, Dr. Parent specializes in treatment using the Davinci Robot for minimally invasive procedures. In 2005, Dr. Steines became a member of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Currently, Dr. Steines is the on the Board of Directors for St. Joseph Regional Health Center. Most recently Dr. Steines has become a Certified Specialist for Ultrasound of the breast, making it easy for patients to come into the office and get an ultrasound guided biopsy, without the hassle of scheduling appointments in several different locations. Dr. Steines has also added becoming an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University Health Science Center, sharing his love of medicine with the medical students. Dr. Steines has been married to his lovely wife Janet since 1992 and together they have 3 wonderful children. In his spare time Dr. Steines enjoys recreational sports, swimming, theater, music and spending time with his family.
