
Overview
Neil E. Roberts, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic physician and surgeon focused on keeping his patients healthy and active. He specializes in arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine, trauma and fractures, and athletic injuries to the shoulder, knee, foot and ankle. He also performs platelet-rich plasma therapy.Dr. Roberts understands that competitive athletes, whether at the high school level or the professional level, face different challenges when they are injured. He provides treatment directed at allowing athletes to return to their sports safely and rapidly. He enjoys working with athletes and non-athletes and he focuses on active people of all ages. Arntz, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic shoulder specialist with 25 years of experience treating problems that often require shoulder surgery, including rotator cuff tears, instability, fractures, and shoulder arthritis. He has advanced training in shoulder surgery with extensive experience in treating the most complex shoulder disorders. With a clinical practice that spans the range of upper extremity pathology, Todd M. Guyette, MD, has advanced training and interest in the newest techniques for hand and upper extremity pathology. He has published in Orthopedics, the Journal of Surgical Education, the Journal of Hand Surgery and The American Journal of Sports Medicine.Dr. Mickelson has a passion for sports. He was a four-year letter winner on the Lehigh University men’s basketball team, winning the Patriot League championship and playing in the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament (“March Madness”) his junior year. Dr. Mickelson previously served as team physician for Duke University’s football, basketball, and lacrosse teams, as well as for North Carolina Central University’s football team. He is currently the team doctor for Redmond High School.Dr. Mickelson was born the eldest of three boys outside of Milwaukee, WI. When he was young, he and his family moved to Woodinville, WA, where his family still resides. He and his family are excited to be back home in the Pacific Northwest. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their two sons. He also enjoys basketball, skiing, cooking, reading and keeping up to date with the latest technology.
