Overview
Dr. Davis completed his undergraduate degree with a major in physics and a minor in Spanish at Middlebury College in Vermont. He completed medical school and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Davis’ fellowship experience includes hand surgery at the Philadelphia Hand Center, Jefferson University, and shoulder and elbow surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and Cornell University Hospital in New York City. Dr. Davis joined Colorado Orthopedics Consultants in 1996. He is a past president of the Rocky Mountain Hand Surgery Society. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery, with added qualification in surgery of the hand. His current memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, the American Society of Surgery of the Hand, the Colorado Medical Society, and the Aurora-Adams County Medical Society.

Dr. Kovachevich (“Dr. K”) is highly trained in surgery of the hand, elbow, and shoulder with vast knowledge of complex upper extremity conditions. He is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and has completed an added subspecialty certification in surgery of the hand. Dr. Kovachevich has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals, and lectures both locally and nationally on upper extremity issues. He maintains membership in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), the Colorado Orthopedic Society, and Rocky Mountain Hand Society. Dr. Kovachevich also has State of Colorado Workers Compensation level II certification. Dr. Kovachevich specializes in shoulder replacements, shoulder and elbow arthroscopy and reconstruction. He treats fractures of the clavicle, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. He specializes in elbow and wrist ligament reconstruction, along with nerve compressions and sport related injuries.
