Overview
Harry Lomas IV, M.D. is a board-certified Radiation Oncologist and expert both intracranial and body Radiosurgery.
He has experience with advanced radiation therapy techniques, including Gamma Knife, and linear accelerator based Stereotactic Radiosurgery.
Dr. Lomas attended medical school at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida where he graduated with honors and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed internship at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News and residency training in Radiation Oncology at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
Dr. Lomas provides compassionate, state-of-the-art cancer treatment to all patients and provides an immediate sense of trust and safety during difficult times. To better serve patients and find effective treatments, Dr. Lomas conducts research in breast, prostate, lung and other cancers. His research experience is broad, with a special focus on using stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT/SABR) to treat metastatic cancer.
