Dr. Bellus is a board-certified and fellowship-trained specialist in clinical genetics. His clinical interests include skeletal dysplasia and genetic skin disorders. Dr. Bellus attended the University of Colorado, where he received his medical degree. He completed his residency at St. Louis Children's Hospital, a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and another fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Bellus is certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics and by the American Board of Pediatrics.|In his personal life, Dr. Bellus enjoys woodworking and playing guitar. He earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Columbia College in New York City, and his PhD in molecular biology from the University of Connecticut Health Sciences Center in Farmington, Conn. Dr. Bellus likes to volunteer at patient support group camps.
