He also treats pelvic floor problems such as prolapse and incontinence. He has specialty training in laparoscopic, robotic and trans-anal approaches for these conditions.Dr. Simianu works very closely with other specialists, such as gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiation oncologists and urogynecologists, to plan the best course of treatment for each patient.
