Dr. Rice earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
