I partner with patients to ensure they feel heard, respected and confident in their care plan.I recognize that every patient and condition is different and take pride in creating personalized care plans that meet each person’s unique needs.I was drawn to nursing through early, handson experiences in patient care, starting as a CNA, phlebotomist, and lab assistant. Working in surgery and perioperative settings as an RN reinforced my passion for caring for patients and supporting them through complex, longterm health challenges.
