Dr. Anjali Dutta

Anjali Dutta, MD, is a cardiovascular specialist with Atlantic Medical Group with a focus on all aspects of diagnostic cardiology and treatment of heart disease. Fellowship-trained in cardiology, she is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with additional certifications in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.Dr. Dutta employs a comprehensive approach to diagnose and assess cardiac health, utilizing the latest in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. She takes the time to listen to patient concerns, explain test results in an understandable manner, and then works together to develop an individualized treatment plan focused on advancing heart health to improve lives. She has published research in peer-reviewed journals, presented at annual medical meetings, and has served as an instructor for medical students. Currently Dr. Dutta is involved in a prospective study investigating predictive models for atrial fibrillation. She is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.After earning her degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, Dr. Dutta completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiology at Danbury Hospital in CT. Prior to joining Atlantic Medical Group she was a cardiovascular specialist at New York Presbyterian Medical Group in Queens, NY. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
