From adolescence to menopause, helping women understand their bodies, navigate their concerns, and work toward health of both mind and body is why I practice medicine. Caring for patients and having them trust me to help them is an amazing privilege, and it has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and exercising.
