Dr. Amini received her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center. She completed her family medicine residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program, where she served as chief resident. She completed her fellowship in sports medicine at JPS Primary Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in Arlington. Dr. Amini treats patients 5 years and older. After three decorated tours of service, he found his home in Houston where he earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2003. He stayed at the university to complete his surgical residency training in 2008 and then completed advanced training with a fellowship of Minimally Invasive Surgery. Dr. Wilson joined the faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2009 where he practices surgery that embraces state of the art techniques to proved patients with optimal surgical results with the least impact on the patient. At the medical school, he serves as the Medical Director of Surgical Training and part of the Elective General Surgery team. He is active academically with membership in several medical societies and has received academic recognition and published or presented articles.
