Dr. Benjamin Reed is a dedicated neonatologist who always strives to do what is best for his patients and their families. His clinical interests include the care of infants born to diabetic mothers, as well as the role of the microbiome in early life health and nutrition. Dr. Reed is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care during the most critical moments of a newborn’s life.Dr. Reed earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and went on to receive a Master of Public Health from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice in Hanover, New Hampshire. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. His postgraduate training includes a pediatric residency at the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital and a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.Outside of the hospital, Dr. Reed enjoys baking and staying active through biking, skiing, tennis, pickleball, and yoga.
