Anne Marie Singh, MD, is a UW Health Kids pediatric allergist and an associate professor and interim division chief in the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.Dr. Singh diagnoses and treats children with a wide range of allergic diseases, including atopic dermatitis (eczema), food allergies, asthma, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), itchy eyes and nose, hives and other immune system disorders.Dr. Singh’s special interests include feeding difficulties, food allergies and eczema. To advance patient care, she actively researches what triggers allergies and asthma and why some children are at higher risk.Dr. Singh’s care philosophy is to build a partnership with her patients and their families. With care and compassion, she listens closely to their concerns and provides education. Sameer Mathur, MD, PhD, is an allergist and immunologist at UW Health and an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He treats adults with a variety of allergic conditions, including allergic rhinitis, asthma, diseases of the esophagus, hives, food allergies, drug allergies and some types of immune deficiencies.When working with patients, Dr. Mathur first tries to understand their personal goals for treatment. He then educates them about their condition and possible treatment strategies so they can partner to make informed decisions about their care.Although it’s not always possible to find a definitive answer, Dr. Mathur is committed to investigating what exactly is causing an allergic reaction. His current research focuses on understanding how the eosinophil (a type of white blood cell) contributes to allergic diseases, particularly eosinophilic esophagitis and severe asthma.Outside of work, Dr. Mathur enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and other racquet sports. As an expert in the field, she serves as a consultant for the statewide newborn screening program that screens infants shortly after birth for a variety of health conditions.Dr. Seroogy enjoys seeing the children she treats grow over time. She takes a team approach to care, involving parents and caregivers in each child’s care plan. She creates trust by listening carefully and answering questions about diagnoses, treatments and outcomes. With experience and compassion, Dr. Seroogy strives to deliver the best care possible for all her patients and their families.In addition to her clinic and faculty work, Dr. Seroogy researches how the environment influences a child’s immune system development in the first few years of life.Outside the clinic, Dr. Seroogy enjoys playing with her dog, spending time with her adult children and traveling with her husband.To see my patients grow up and graduate from high school and college and become productive adults is very rewarding.
