Dr. Lewis earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed his internship in General Surgery at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston, and completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Lewis then completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine and Interventional Spine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. During his fellowship, he served as a team physician for Texas Christian University and Texas Wesleyan University Athletics. Dr. Lewis is currently welcoming new patients and accepts most insurance plans. He is on the medical staff at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas and Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine.
