After graduating valedictorian from high school in Knoxville, TN, he obtained his undergraduate and medical degrees from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Chang then completed his residency in Ophthalmology at UCLA's esteemed Jules Stein Eye Institute. Since then, he was invited to serve as Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology, where he continues to teach the latest techniques in cataract and lens implant surgery to the resident surgeons at UCLA. This is Dr. Chang's commitment to stay abreast of all the latest advances in eye surgery.Dr. Chang has a keen aesthetic sense and masterfully blends the technical and artistic sides of his work.
