Dr. Joseph Scott first came to Murfreesboro in 2000 after he finished residency because he wanted to come back to Tennessee and live near Knoxville, where he grew up. He spends his time away from work thoroughly enjoying his wife and four children. His family is involved in international mission work, local street ministry and fostering at risk children. Dr. Scott also enjoys reading, writing fiction stories for children, swimming, hiking, camping, playing the violin, and traveling.
