Dr. Kim Styrvoky

Dr. Kim Styrvoky is a board-certified interventional pulmonologist with the Orlando Health Cancer Institute, where she serves as associate director of Interventional Pulmonology and leads the institute’s IP research program. Her expertise includes the use of robotic-assisted bronchoscopy and other minimally invasive diagnostic techniques for benign and malignant conditions of the airways, lungs, thorax and pleura. Dr. Styrvoky’s Training Dr. Styrvoky graduated summa cum laude in honors studies with bachelor’s degrees in biochemistry and history from Texas Tech University in Lubbock before earning her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where she also completed her fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine and advanced training in interventional pulmonology. About Dr. Styrvoky Dr. Styrvoky is a diplomate of the American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology with additional board certifications in internal medicine, critical care medicine and pulmonary disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Her professional memberships include the American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology, American Thoracic Society and Women in Interventional Pulmonology. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Styrvoky is a sought-after lecturer at medical conferences, an author of numerous peer-reviewed articles and a reviewer for medical publications.
