Dr. Carrasco earned his medical degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) in the Dominican Republic and completed his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary sub-specialty at Harlem Hospital Center in New York City. He continued his education in Critical Care Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center - The University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York and further completed his training in Sleep Medicine at Norwalk Hospital in Connecticut.
