Dr. Melissa Gillen

I had a respectful relationship with my primary care provider growing up, and that, along with other experiences, helped shape me into the provider I am today. I value patient autonomy and like to involve patients in decisions related to their care. Seeing and treating the person as a whole as well as maintaining continuity of care are some of the reasons why I love primary care and internal medicine. I have an interest in musculoskeletal conditions, which stems from my involvement in sports. In my free time, I enjoy running, the great outdoors, checking out independent coffee shops, and spending time with my friends, family, and cat.
