He has presented his work at the national level and international levels and is actively involved in the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He has also provided orthopaedic care to local hospitals in Managua, Nicaragua.Dr. Patel’s practice includes all aspect of the hand, wrist, and elbow, and he treats both children and adults. He has specialized training in arthroscopy, microsurgery, nerve and tendon reconstruction, small joint replacement, sports injuries, wide- awake hand surgery, and work- related injuries. His goal is to provide personalized care to each patient by using the most effective and current treatments possible. Dr. Patel speaks Spanish and Gujarati.
