Robert A. Raines, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has been practicing for more than two decades.Dr. Raines earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Yale University in anthropology.  He earned his M.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He served an internship at the Rush University Medical College in Chicago. He then completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Pritzker School of Medicine, University of Chicago Division of Biological Sciences. In addition to completing that general orthopedic surgery residency, he also completed an additional year of foot and ankle specialty training. He earned a fellowship at the Baylor University Medical Center.Given his orthopedic foot surgery training and experience, Dr. Raines’ clinical focus is entirely on foot and ankle medicine.
