He worked as a resident at the University of Chicago NorthShore and Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine rheumatology department and with the gained experience moved to David Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA to complete his fellowship in rheumatology. Due to his years of expertise and skills, he was honored with membership in many prestigious medical associations including the American Medical Association and American College of Rheumatology.
