I specialize in gynecologic oncology and have special interests in genetics and sexual health. I appreciate the opportunity to see patients in clinic so that I can understand their histories and figure out how I can help. The health care world is difficult to navigate, and a cancer diagnosis can make it feel even scarier. My goal is to make sure my patients have a thorough understanding of the disease processes they may be facing and of the treatment options that are available. It is very important to me that my patients and their families are included in the decision-making process. Every case is unique and every patient has different goals. Health equity is a priority for me, and I strive to make sure my patients from marginalized communities are heard and respected. The Triangle has always been my home, and it is a privilege to care for patients in my own community.

I am a part of the thoracic oncology program. I work with patients who have cancers of the lung, which includes non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, and mesothelioma.
