He subsequently completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to complete advanced fellowship training in Imaging Informatics as well as two years of Diagnostic Neuroradiology at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Fellow in his final year.
