Dr. Shubha V. Srinivas

"Dr. Shubha Srinivas is a specialty care physician board certified in pulmonary disease, critical care medicine and internal medicine at Inova Health System. She has been in practice since 2018. Dr. Srinivas’ clinical areas of interest include the pulmonary care of patients with both thoracic and extrathoracic malignancies, resistant asthma, pleural diseases, and critical illness survivorship. She has special procedural interest in endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), pleural catheters and thoracic ultrasound. Dr. Srinivas believes in a collaborative approach to patient care. She has won several teaching awards and is an Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, Inova Campus. She serves as the course director for both undergraduate and graduate medical education pulmonary elective rotations.
