Dr. Crider founded Origins Spine and Joint Physicians to provide patients with the highest quality treatment for painful spine and joint conditions. He has more than 10 years experience successfully treating chronic pain in countless numbers of patients. Drawing upon a wealth of expertise and knowledge, he is able to provide compassionate, complete care for his patients utilizing a multidisciplinary approach that includes the most advanced minimally invasive interventional techniques.
He is a Georgia native who grew up in the small town of Fairmount before embarking on his journey to becoming a physician. After completing undergraduate training at University of Georgia in Athens he attended Medical College of Georgia in Augusta for his doctor of medicine degree. He then completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL followed by his fellowship in Pain Medicine at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. He is a board certified by The American Board of Anesthesiology in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
